About the Author
E.T. MILLIGAN is a published novelist, award-winning poet and inspirational speaker. His poetry has been published in nine national anthologies. Milligan holds a bachelors' degree in News-Journalism and Masters' Degree in Administration. He is a retired Lieutenant Colonel having served 23 years as an officer in the U.S. Army.
